All artwork is to be approved via a digital mock-up through email. Artwork must be checked
for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art and accuracy of artwork by the
customer. It is very important to look over every detail of the mock-up, as this is how your
garments will print. D&C Custom Apparel and Printing will not accept responsibility for
corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval. Any modifications
requested after customer approval will result in production delays and additional
expenses for which the client will be invoiced accordingly. Any delays in the approval
process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the mockup can/will result in production
delays.

Please note, when making changes, your current due date may be changed, and additional
charges may apply.

The zoomed image is not 100% accurate, colors can be affected and distorted on some
screens. All shirt sizes in an order will have the same image size unless otherwise
requested. Different images sizes being printed on different shirt sizes will be treated as a
new order and priced as a new order. Image sizes printed within 1.5 inches of any seam are
subject to distortion. Print inconsistencies and/or other small inconsistencies, these are
all considered acceptable goods and D&C Custom Apparel and Printing will not assume
responsibility for print imperfections due to printing too close to the seams.

We try to check every garment as it comes off the press, but there are times when some
mistakes will make it out of the door. It is your responsibility as the customer to check over
garments as you receive them. We allow an industry standard of 72 hours from the time
you receive the goods to notify us of any issue with the order. D&C Custom Apparel and
Printing will not be responsible for errors with your order if notified after 72 hours of
receiving the goods. D&C Custom Apparel and printing also will not be responsible for any
lost income, customer’s accounts, and/or contracts if defective garments are sent out to
your final customer. D&C Custom Apparel and Printing does quality checks on garments,
the final quality assurance check lies in the hands of you, our customer.

MINIMUMS/ACCETABLE FILES
⁃ 12 piece minimum on orders for a single-color print. 24 piece minimum for orders with
multiple colors.
-Process printing: 50 Pieces Minimum.
⁃ We do not print on garments we do not provide.


ARTWORK

⁃ All files must be 300 DPI or vector format. Designs should be sized to the size it should be
printed. Text must be converted to outlines. Printing can only be as good as the artwork.
D&C Custom Apparel and Printing will not be responsible for poor quality printing due to
poor artwork. D&C Custom Apparel and Printing is not responsible for any misspelling,
errors, or issues in your art file. We do our best to catch these errors and point them out to
you, but we do not catch them all. If it is your art file and your approval, that is how we will
print it.
⁃ Acceptable files: Ai, eps, svg and pdf. No bitmap or jpeg files.

IMAGE SIZES

ART APPROVAL

⁃ A 50% deposit is required on all orders for work to begin.
⁃ All orders must be paid in full before your order is shipped/picked up.
⁃ All mockups and print placements must be approved before any production can begin.
⁃ A maximum of 3 revisions to mockups will be allowed.
⁃ Once final artwork approval is received, no changes can be made to your order.
⁃ Due to all products being custom printed, all sales are final, no refunds, returns or
exchanges.

Quality Assurance

SEAM, COLLAR and ZIPPER PRINTING

Any printing on or over any seams or zipper is subject to print inconsistencies and/or
distortion. These are all considered acceptable goods and will not be considered
misprints. D&C Custom Apparel and Printing will not be responsible for these
inconsistencies.
